Hyrox - Our Hyrox class is designed to enhance your overall race performance by preparing you for the physical demands of a Hyrox event. Sessions focus on developing strength, endurance, and conditioning while working through the 8 main Hyrox stations and all the key movements you’ll face on race day

Training includes a combination of running, functional strength work, and conditioning using free weights, bodyweight exercises, and cardio equipment. Workouts are structured to improve efficiency, pacing, and confidence across each station, helping you perform stronger and move better throughout the race

Suitable for all abilities, exercises can be scaled to match your current fitness level, whether you’re training for your first Hyrox or aiming to improve your time. Expect purposeful sessions, race-specific preparation, and expert coaching to help you feel ready and confident when it counts
