What is Project U

Project U is an 8-week transformation challenge designed to help you become lighter, leaner, fitter, and stronger, both physically and mentally. This challenge is for anyone ready to lose weight, improve fitness, build confidence, and feel happier within themselves, all with expert guidance and a strong support system

You’ll train hard, stay accountable, and be supported every step of the way. Project U includes unlimited access to Warrior Training classes, giving you structured, full-body workouts that keep exercise challenging, effective, and enjoyable

Throughout the 8 weeks, you’ll receive weekly check-ins with a coach, personalised nutrition targets, and 1-to-1 support to help you stay consistent and motivated. You’ll also get access to a high-protein meals eBook, making healthy eating simple and sustainable

Your progress will be tracked with fitness testing, body measurements, and progress photos, so you can clearly see how far you’ve come. You’ll be part of an exclusive Project U group chat, designed to boost team morale with weekly challenges, encouragement, and accountability
