OPEN GYM

Open Gym - Open Gym gives you the freedom to train your way. This session is an open training opportunity where you can follow your own programme or focus on specific muscle groups at your own pace, without the structure of a class.

You’ll have access to a wide range of resistance machines, free weights, and cardio equipment, allowing you to tailor your workout to your individual goals, whether that’s building strength, improving fitness, or working on technique.
