Mash It Up - Mash It Up is a fast-paced, full body workout that keeps training exciting by constantly changing the format. Using a mix of free weights, bodyweight exercises, and cardio equipment, each session is designed to challenge strength, fitness, and endurance in new ways every time you train
Workouts may be split into different sections, each with its own focus, or delivered as one big workout designed as a WOD (Workout of the Day). This variety keeps sessions fun, unpredictable, and highly effective, ensuring you never get bored and always stay engaged.
