Hey, my name is Caitlin and I am a proudly qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor.
My background is very outdoorsy, always on the move and staying active. I’ve spent the last 12 years around horses, working with them, as well as owning and competing my own.
I started going to the gym only 4 years ago by attending group training sessions as we have here at Warrior, training in strength and conditioning. This made me want to change my career path away from horses and be a part of coaching amazing people such as yourselves.
The areas of fitness I’m most passionate about are improving people’s flexibility, mobility, function fitness, and posture so that you can get the most out of everyday life without any struggles, aches or pains. I like to include all areas of fitness into my style of training and coaching to create a balanced training routine for both myself and my clients.

I've competed in many different sports from a very young age, sports such as basketball, hockey, football, cross country running, rugby, and swimming. I was most successful with my swimming, competing at club, county, and even representing North Wales in Cardiff at the age of 14. I was swimming every morning at 5 am and every evening at 7 pm. Keeping fit and active has always been important to me and I thrive off helping others improve not only physically but also mentally.
As your trainer, it's my job to keep you motivated and engaged during sessions but also keeps you focused out of the gym. I will be setting you challenges along the way as well as helping you with your nutrition, your diet is just as important as your training. I offer an all-around unique, tailored service to suit your needs.
I have been in the fitness industry for 5 years now loving every minute of it.
I wasn’t really into fitness when I was younger as I was overweight and hated sports when I was 17 I started watching bodybuilders and found their hard work and dedication inspirational it was from then on I started my own fitness career.
I competed at 18 and got all the way to the British finals, then I decided to compete again at 20 where I won the Scottish junior physique category.
However, being in the fitness industry has made me love all things fitness. I’m a strong believer that one person can make a big difference I like to be that one person helping people achieve their fitness goals brings me unimaginable joy seeing the smile on their face when they can fit into jeans they haven’t put on since before their baby or getting someone ready for their wedding day so many people have so many goals no matter how big or how small I want to help.
