Hey! I’m John coach at Warrior!
I’m a professional/semi professional footballer with a passion for fitness and a deep understanding of what it takes to perform at the highest level. For over two decades, I’ve dedicated my life to sport, playing as a goalkeeper for clubs like Kidderminster Harriers, Chester City, Connah’s Quay Nomads, Flint and currently Holywell Town.
Throughout my career, I’ve learned first hand the importance of physical conditioning, mental resilience, and proper training techniques. I’ve been a part of championship winning teams, experienced the highs of individual accolades, and consistently pushed my body to its limits to stay at the top of my game. This has given me a love for the game but also a vast knowledge of sports science, injury prevention and tailored workout programmes.
I am also committed to helping others achieve their fitness goals, whether you’re an aspiring athlete or someone looking to improve your overall health and well-being. I believe in a collaborative approach to fitness, combining strength, endurance and flexibility training with a focus on proper form and a positive mindset.
